About Mukund
I work as a Senior Technical Account Manager with VMware. I act as trusted adviser for my customers and assist them with deployment best practices for VMware Suite of products. Being a TAM, I get to interact with varied set of customers and understand their Business requirements and challenges. I help my customers to bridge the gap between their business requirements and VMware suite of products. In my role, I come across various day 2 operation challenges in terms of upgrade, vulnerabilities, bug fixes, workarounds, transformations etc. So, I get lot of opportunities to learn and grow my knowledge around VMware suite of products. I truly believe in sharing my field experience and learnings with others using social media platform like blogs, VMware community, Twitter, LInkedin etc.
