| About Nicholas | I started my career working with VMware products in 2008 as the technical lead for the VMware Platform at a managed service provider and participated in the VMware partner programs like VSPP and VMware Solution Provider program. I'm incredibly passionate about VMware solutions and consider myself a VMware evangelist. I recently worked as the technical lead for the VMware private cloud platform for the largest bank in Australia, Commonwealth Bank, managing over 800 all-flash vSAN nodes and playing an integral part in our workload migration to VMware on AWS. I'm now the tech lead for a global software company Wisetech Global, one of the world's largest SaaS providers for logistics software solutions. Outside of work, one of my primary hobbies is running a VMware home lab which allows me to explore, test new features, develop solutions learn and stay up to date with product features and enhancements. I also enjoy drone photography and maintaining a reef aquarium in my home. |
